Delete your Wel Mal account or data

In the app
Sign in, open Profile and select Delete Account. Confirm the request. Complete or cancel outstanding orders and resolve refunds first.
Without the app
Email welmal@welmal.com with subject “Wel Mal account deletion”. Send the request from your registered email, or tell us your registered phone number so we can verify ownership. State whether you want your entire account or specific data deleted. Never send your password, payment PIN or banking OTP.
What happens
Deletion removes saved addresses and profile images, anonymizes your account profile and revokes sign-in and notification tokens. Order, delivery, payment and dispute records may be retained where needed for outstanding obligations, accounting, fraud prevention or legal requirements. We will explain any retained records and the reason when responding to your request. Specific-data deletion is available without closing your account where it does not prevent an outstanding order from being completed.
